My name is Leah Ziegler and I am the music teacher for grades 3-5, 5th grade band and chorus director. I have been teaching in the Waterloo district for 30 years. I grew up in Red Bud, Illinois. I have been playing music since I was 5 years old. Piano was the very first instrument that I learned how to play. In grade school and high school, I played the flute and violin. I graduated from Millikin University with a Bachelors of Music focus in education. I have my Masters of Education from McKendree University. I taught vocal music in Litchfield, Illinois for two years before coming to Waterloo.
